Here’s a great recipe that I tried this week and I think you will love it too. This was SO filling that it was Lunch for me on Day 2.

Cheesy Buffalo Dip
1/2 red container shredded chicken (optional)
1/2 red container plain Greek yogurt
1/2 blue container shredded cheddar cheese
Frank’s Hot Sauce
Ingredients for Chips:
1 Flatout tortilla
~Preheat oven to 400.
~Spray both sides of two corn tortillas with oil (optional)
~Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
~Place on rimmed baking sheet.
~Bake for 10 minutes.
Instructions for Dip:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, Hot Sauce and half of cheese together.
~Pour into ramekin.
~Top with remaining cheese.
~Bake until heated through, 15 – 20 minutes
Serve with 1 Green Container of Celery for more crunch!
