As you know, I’ve completed both Fix and Fix Extreme. Each time was a different experience. With FIX original, thefirst time I failed and then succeeded in the end. With FIX extreme, I succeeded, but at points didn’t really enjoy the journey. I do believe you have to find joy in the process and not just in the results.
This time…I was fully prepared to do this thing! The difference is that I’m going to eat things that bring me pleasure and joy. These are some of the things I’m eating this time around.
I even partnered my little girl in some of the choices, because I know she will be excited to eat and help me prepare some of these things.
Today is Day 3 for me and I’m feeling great! I enjoyed Buffalo Dip, homemade tortilla chips and celery yesterday (which was fab-u-lous). And then London Broil & Sweet Potato topped with coconut oil and cinnamon.
I made homemade granola bars today and just had one for a snack. (Amazeballs!)
Tonight it’s flatout pizzas. I’m going to make a Greek version.
