“>When I met Michelle I was about ready to give up. I had gained a lot of weight while pregnant and 2 years had gone by since pregnancy and all I saw was my weight go up more. Meeting her changed the whole game for me. She helped me find my confidence again. She has also taught me so much about proper eating and is now helping me to teach my family as well. In the year since meeting Michelle I have lost nearly 25lbs, tried workouts I never thought I could possibly do, and now truly believe in myself.
I wanted to touch base with you and thank you for introducing me to the 21 day Fix. I find myself every couple months or so doing the challenge again. I have been working out like crazy and feel amazing. When I started the program my weight was 178 and as of today, I am 140.5. I also was at the Dr. last week and achieved my goal of getting off the medicine for diabetes, now every 6 months she will just monitor me. So again thank you!
I joined Team Fierce in October 30, 2011. I decided to join Michelle’s Team because I related at first with her story about how she lost her weight, how empty and depressed she felt, because I was feeling this way as well! it gave me hope to talk with her about this and the encouragement she gave me to succeed and win the battle for my health. Michelle then talked with me about being a coach on her team. I knew if I was going to do this I wanted to go all in and do it well. I needed a strong person with business sense and this was a no brainer for me, because I knew Michelle personally and she is one of the top Realtors in our area. Her great business skills and systems, her passion for Beachbody coaching and desire to help others was contagious! I wanted to be a part of it! I am now a successful 1 Star Diamond Coach. Michelle helped me succeed by creating a powerful coaching system and team. We have grown so much in these short 2 years. I feel so blessed to be with Team Fierce and all of the talented successful coaches on our team.
I jumped with both feet into my first clean eating group and tried Shakeology for the first time. I was surprised with the energy that I felt from the start and the clean eating plan was easy to follow. In the first 14 day challenge lost 7.5 pounds! I continued with the program and have lost so far 22-23 pounds and starting to feel good about myself again.
Coach Michelle first helped me out by providing me with a clean eating challenge in October 2012. It was a seven day plan which provided me with good results.
Following that Michelle suggested that I do Beach Body’s Body Beast program because I wasn’t interested in a high cardio workout. In her comical definition I was what she called “straight.” Not fat but no muscle definition either. My results from Body Beast are that I increased muscle mass while decreasing body fat.
The third program Michelle suggested is the one that has changed my diet forever. The Ultimate Reset helped me retrain my pallet to more healthy and meaningful food choices. My children asked me “how long are you going to be on a diet?” I tell that I’m not on a diet, I’ve made a lifetime change.
With Coach Michelle’s grooming and motivation I’ve gone from a 40″ waist weighing in at 245 down to 218 and a 36″ which is what I wore 30 years ago in high school. Though I increased muscle mass in my upper body my shirt size went from an XXL to a Large Tall.
A year after beginning this transformation I see no reason that my new lifestyle of eating and exercising won’t last forever and I thank Michelle for all her coaching!
I had hit a plateau and was teetering around the same weight for an extremely frustrating 4 weeks. I knew deep down it was my diet. I joined a 5 day Clean Eating Challenge and by the end of the week was down 4 lbs! I was so full all week and never felt deprived of anything. It taught me that clean eating can be tasty as well.
Thank You Michelle, for the 5 Day Clean Eating Group! I loved being accountable to the Group! With this 5 Day Challenge I had to check in and was constantly thinking about try to eat enough of the right stuff! Loved the variety of Shake recipes and the recipes. I stuck to the plan and managed to lose 2.5 pounds in 5 days.
Here are my results from the 5 day Clean Eating Group! I lost a total of 6 pounds and a total of 5.75 inches! I felt more and more energetic and healthier. I was never hungry so I didn’t have to fight off snack cravings and can honestly say this was the simplest meal plan I have ever tried. I’m still following it and plan on losing another 25 pounds. Who knew losing weight could be so effortless? I owe a big thank you to Michelle Mittelstaedt Bockhorn who was the ultimate coach and chee leader for me and kept me inspired all week and into the future! I love this plan! Try it! You have nothing to lose but excess weight and fat!
